Cache invalidation fails to delete TGUI bundle

   at System.IO.FileSystem.DeleteFile(String fullPath)

Jumping back and forth between Paradise and TG causes the above error on both codebases and breaks TGUI.

Manually deleting the cache while the game is not running fixes TGUI.

My entirely uninformed assumption is that CEF is already using the TGUI bundle.

Maybe related but for example editing TG's /tgui/packages/common/storage.ts file, recompiling & rebuilding tgui does not change what OD loads in browser for tgui-panel.bundle.js Only after deleting the folders in ~\AppData\Roaming\Space Station 14 will it then have an updated bundle. E.g. see conversation here in OD discord https://discord.com/channels/847318834952405042/847318834952405045/1485880078805110825 where it failed to have new console.logs added to the bundle until I cleared cache.

Re above comment, can confirm its resolved now. Can edit storage.ts with say a new console.log('Cache updated!'); OD doesn't require nuking the ~\AppData\Roaming\Space Station 14 folders anymore to be updated:
