安装networkx==2.5的时候报错

故障描述：
ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
mmdet3d 1.0.0rc6 requires networkx<2.3,>=2.2, but you have networkx 2.5 which is incompatible.
是否需要改成2.2版本

Hello I also encountered this problem. If I degrade networkx to 2.2, then there is another issue about “from fraction import gcd”. I dont know how to solve.. And Im confusing install.md. In install.md, I should create py39 env. But in docker file, the env was based on py38..
