Provide new page for white paper

This issue should be done together with @Subtain-Farooq - We want to add the "Subscribe to newsletter and get Whitepaper" page to the new setup that @Subtain-Farooq provided here: #209
Here it is important that the page is fully functional with the Brevo backend
