More and more lidars are capable of providing an RGB color value next to the common intensity (or reflectivity) in the point cloud. Therefore, this should be added to the LidarDetection in OSI.
Describe the solution you would like
Add RGB color values to LidarDetection either between 0 - 1 or between 0 - 255.
It might make sense to define RGB color as a field in common, as it can potentially be used for other messages as well.
