Unable to access Horizon Interface

Vagrant up command has been successful:
Current machine states:

compute-01 running (virtualbox)
controller-01 running (virtualbox)
openstack-client running (virtualbox)

however I am unable to access the Horizon interface @ https://192.168.100.10/.
Any ideas what could be the problem?
