Tasks section scroll takes over entire sidebar height

Description

The Tasks section in the sidebar is not constrained to its intended scrollable area. During scrolling, the Tasks list expands/takes over the full sidebar height instead of scrolling only within its designated container.

Expected Behavior

• The top sidebar controls should remain sticky/fixed:

  • New Task
  • Search
  • Inbox
  • Skills
  • MCP servers
  • Command Center

• Only the Tasks section should scroll within the remaining available height.

Actual Behavior

• The Tasks section scroll behavior is not height-constrained.
• While scrolling, it overtakes the sidebar layout and effectively becomes the primary scrolling container for the entire sidebar.
