Clearly identify the source of informational and debugging messages

Discussed with @oscarlevin in person.

PreTeXt categorazation/identification (e.g. PTX:ERROR) are being lost in their trip to the CLI. Also, the CLI could better identify the messages they are generating.

This will make it much easier to triage reports to support forums.

I might be wrong about the PTX:ERROR (etc.) not coming through the CLI. But I think there may still be some work that can be done to make the distinction clearer.
