Multiple Buttons are loaded with PR Link

Description:

• Whenever we use a /gh orgName/repoName pulls multiple buttons get loaded after the PR Link are loaded, making the whole experience buggy

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open channel
2. /gh RocketChat/Rocket.Chat pulls

Expected behavior:

• Either the buttons should not load incase of specefic events where multiple PR Links are added or the same message shall be populated with the button later.

Actual behavior:

• Series of buttons are rendered afterwards

I think the expected screen would have a request and the 3 buttons underneath.
But I am unable to understand - "Either the buttons should not load incase of specefic events where multiple PR Links" this statement please brief me a little bit.
