Need a sign up/ login auth button
- The user on the Click of the button should see a dialogue of options to sign up or log in.
- The button should appear next to the refresh button.
- Appropriate UI must be made.
- No bootstrap or heavy library usage
- Preferable to use a single SVG asset for the button.
- On click the button should animate to an alternate color.
