Update readme with more information on SimConnect.dll #21

Thank you for this repo, it's nice to be able to create performant apps to connect to P3D/MSFS.
In the readme, it's stated:
You must have SimConnect.dll in the same directory as the compiled exe for it to run (e.g. in )
It feels like somethings missing in that part of the readme. For example, when trying to use the SimConnect.dll that is included in this repo to connect to Prepar3D V6, I get an SIMCONNECT_EXCEPTION_VERSION_MISMATCH. I can find a SimConnect.dll included with MSFS in the Content dir, but not with Prepar3d?
