Question about converting depth map to mesh and LiDAR simulation data (1st Stage)

I was wondering if you could share the code or method used in the 1st Stage of your paper to convert the depth map into a mesh and then generate LiDAR simulation data from it?

Any guidance or reference to related code would be greatly appreciated.
