EfToMermaid drops an .editorconfig on dotnet build

When including EfToMermaid and running dotnet build, it drops an .editorconfig one level up the directory structure.

Yeah, I also noticed this.
And it complains that I don't have a key.snk for signing.

Seems to be ProjectDefaults that does this.
Would be great if the configuration didn't leak out
