fix: correct README license badge to CC-BY-NC-ND-4.0 and bump version badge to 0.1.1

The license badge was still showing MIT after the LICENSE file swap. The
hardcoded version badge also lagged behind the v0.1.1 release since
release-doc-sync only rewrites CLAUDE.md, ROADMAP.md, and CHANGELOG.md.
