Opening connection via URL doesn't remember the "show function section" option

   PostgresSQL 15.4

2. Which TablePlus version number are you using:
   6.0.4

3. The steps to reproduce this issue:

Open a table plus connection via URL in the terminal. Every time I open it, the "Show function section" option is enabled, although I disable it every time. I disable it because we have a lot of functions that I'm not interested in. I would rather see the tables
