[Bug]: Add tags does not update tag for selected media

Description

When I open the 'Add Tags' modal by pressing 'Ctrl+Shift+T', the tags I choose cannot be applied to the media I select.

This only occurs when I use the shortcut. It behaves as expected when I click on the Add Tag button below the image.

Expected Behavior

It should add the tags I clicked onto the picture.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a picture
2. Open Add Tags modal by using Ctrl+Shift+T
3. Choose tags to add

I'm getting the same issue. I'm also using Alpha 9.5.6 and Windows 11.
