[Bug]: Entry discovery and linking use different case sensitive rules

Description

"Search Unlinked Entries" and other items that render the entry are not case sensitive with pathing. However, scanning for new entries is.

Expected Behavior

New entries should not be added if the path is already in the database

Steps to Reproduce

0. Have a library with items like path/Title-title-of-work/my-items.png
1. refresh directories to add the entry
2. rename the folder Title-title-of-work to TITLE-title-of-work
3. Check for unlinked entries. This will find no results.
4. refresh directories again. This will add the item(s) in the renamed folder.
   • You now have two copies of the same item.
   • You cannot only delete it from the database, since the builtin deletion also deletes the item, which we still want.
