Make TextArea's text reactive

While I'm aware of the widely differing implementations, I find it rather unintuitive that while being able to watch, e.g., an Input's value, the same cannot be done for a TextArea's text. I hope I haven't overlooked any previous discussions on this – if so, please accept my apology.
