Enroll cortexutils to codecov

The idea is to report on code covarege using codecov:

Todos:

• Activate the cortexutils project on codecov: https://app.codecov.io/github/TheHive-Project?search=cortexutils
• Add the CODECOV_TOKEN secret to the cortexutils repository
• Extend the github test action with the codecov integration
