Enforcement Process

When violations occur, community leaders will apply consequences based on the severity and context of the situation:

Situation: Minor infractions such as inappropriate language or unprofessional conduct.

Response: Private communication from moderators clarifying the issue and explaining why the behavior was problematic. The individual may be asked to apologize publicly.

Level 2: Formal Warning
