Bottom crop handles are obscured by bottom bar when cropping tall images (400×1000) #641

Description
When cropping tall images, the bottom crop handles are partially or fully hidden behind the bottom toolbar / safe area, making them inaccessible.
This causes the lower portion of the image to appear cut off and prevents proper adjustment of the crop area.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Present TOCropViewController
- Load a a tall image (like 400×1000 px)
Expected behavior
- Bottom crop handles should remain fully visible
- Crop area should be laid out above the bottom bar / safe area
