Leverage PublicMilestone for intro page

The Milestone endpoint is now returning 27 things. This is way better than launch D2, but the structure has changed.

Much like the D1 iteration, lets do 3 tabs for Weekly/Daily/Special. With countdowns on each one.

• Some are just like "do bounties for this powerful reward", which isn't pretty
