[BUG] Beta and current branches result in 303

Describe the bug
Both the current and beta branches of SteamVR linux result in a 303 upon launch.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install either beta/public release branch
2. Launch SteamVR

System Information (please complete the following information):

• Steam client version (build number or date): 1780352834 (Beta, with Millenium)
• SteamVR version: beta/public
• Distribution: Arch Linux rolling
