More Unit/Component Tests

We need more Unit/Component Test for these components after refactoring App.vue #160

• Notification Test: update to check if when notification is created it is actually render in the dom properly
• Proper Session Settings Tests when it is in its own component and file
• Navigation bar
• add more if you find more
