Solaredge stopped working after HA update

I did update HACS abd solaredge-modbus-multi also. And the Solaredge is still on the network.
The only real error I found was some remark about an invalid keyword argument slave

Make sure you restart Home Assistant.

Yes, thanks. Let me assure you it was restarted before and after every update, and one extra for good measure (with backup)

I turned off and on the SolarEdge itself (it was dark out, so just switched the disconnect) and now it is working again.
