Remove tracing gateway proto #47

Request
Remove proto/agynio/api/gateway/v1/tracing.proto from the API repo. This file was added in PR #44 but breaks the gateway CI because the tracing/v1 types depend on OpenTelemetry protos that aren't compatible with the gateway's buf generate setup.
The tracing gateway service should be re-added when the gateway is ready to integrate tracing end-to-end.
