Description

Settings → Providers shows fully blank window.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run OpenGUI
2. Click Settings
3. Click Providers

Expected Behavior

Something shows.

Actual Behavior

Fully blank window.

Environment

• OS: macOS 26.3.1
• OpenGUI version: 0.5.12
• OpenCode version: ? none
• Installation method: build from source, then installed from release/OpenGUI-0.5.12-arm64.dmg.

Additional Context

On the first start, the setup wizard didn't discover claude, codex and pi which I all have installed. Not sure if it's related or not.
