MCP servers are not shown under Tools

MCP servers are not shown under the Tools settings.

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure one or more MCP servers.
2. Open Settings.
3. Go to the Tools tab.

Expected behavior

Configured MCP servers should be visible in the Tools section so users can inspect or manage them.

Actual behavior

The MCP servers are not displayed under Tools.

Notes

This makes it unclear whether configured MCP servers were detected by the app and prevents users from managing them through the UI.
