`apify create` keeps throwing ECONNRESET error.

I'm trying to create a new actor using the Apify CLI, after filling the first field which is the actor's name

```

I kept receiving the following error message:

```sh
Error: Could not fetch template list from server. Cause: read ECONNRESET
```

what might be the reason?
