Can not login & find 'forgot password' option

I have created a new account. But when i try to login it says:
> Email address not found or Password did not match

But i am sure about typing the password correctly. Also when i again try to register a new account it says:
> Email address already exists

Also i couldn't find the `Forgot Password` option to reset my password.
