Add network ID to all the chains in the following document #452
Description
The following document has a list of all the balanced network smart contracts deployed on all the different chains.

One thing that is missing and would be good to add to each of those is the network ID of the chain as it was registered on xcall, this info can be found here:
https://github.com/icon-project/xcall-multi/wiki/xCall-Deployment-Info
This will make it easier for people looking for this info.
