feat(chain): introduce/build a bindex-rs PoC

I recently came across https://github.com/romanz/bindex-rs during some discussion in Floresta Retreat.

As per the slides linked in it's README, there's some good improvements when benchmarked against other blockchain indexers implementations and I think it would be an interesting idea to play with it and come up with a PoC of integrating it to BDK, if it's even possible.

I like this direction. bindex-rs seems promising, and a small PoC could help us understand how cleanly it aligns with BDK’s chain data model

From what I gather bindex will build and query a local database (via bindex-cli or as a library), so I don't see how feasible support for this on BDK would be. Roman is however integrating it to electrs via romanz/electrs#1252, so electrs would get sick speed gains.

Woulad it be possible to integrate with BDK by using a shared SQLite file?

The top level bdk_wallet api that most projects are using has a WalletPersister trait that lets them chose what tech is used for persistence; so sqlite, Postgres, redb, a flat file, etc. And the bdk lib itself is persistence agnostic too. I wouldn't want to change this and pull in a dependency that only works with sqlite.
