✅ Fixed in refactor-unified-interface branch

Issue resolved in commit 84625c8 on the refactor-unified-interface branch.

Problem

The CLI upgrade command displayed "Packages upgraded:" but showed empty results in normal mode, while package details were only visible in quiet (-q) or JSON (-j) modes.

Root Cause

The handleUpgradeUnified() function was missing the else branch to display package details in normal mode (default behavior).

Fix

Added the missing else branch to ensure package details are shown in normal mode:

Testing

• ✅ Local verification: Package details now display correctly in normal mode
• ✅ Multi-manager test: Shows packages from all available managers

• ✅ Backward compatibility: Quiet and JSON modes unchanged

Status

This fix is available in the refactor-unified-interface branch and will be included when the branch is merged to main. The issue will be fully resolved once the merge is complete.

Note: Issue kept open until the fix is merged to main branch.
