[Suggestion] Add a Build Button

Sometimes one does not want to **build and run** a project, and instead, just to confirm that the project builds (for example, when quick fixing a specific bug).

Right now, there is no option for that in the main toolbar. So it would be handy if a `Build Button` were added to it, usually with using a **hammer** icon.
