Auto-commit mode of version uptick

Is there a way to have an auto-commit mode of a version uptick with a change log?

How do you imagine the whole e2e workflow of using Changesets in this mode would work?

Same as it is now, but except the version PR gets committed instead of opened after each PR merge into main branch

Would u like each commit on the base branch to immediately create a new commit with version bumps?

Not really, but rather on the merge from a PR that contains a changeset
