feat: Add tolerations and affinity specs

Which problem is this feature request solving?

I would like to be able to tolerate certain node taints with conjuction with affinity rules to control where cloudquery jobs are allocated.

Describe the solution you'd like

This could be resolved by adding helm values spec for tolerations and affinity and adapt cronjob.yaml and job.yaml templates.
