I typically take screenshots on my iPhone when I encounter an error in my app. On my iPhone they are all stored under the Photos library and immediately after taking the screenshot, I can annotate it with text and drawings to highlight or capture the issue before saving the file.
It would be really great to have the option in the Simulator to configure where the screenshots are stored (it seems to be hardcoded to the user home directory).
It would be even better if the simulator could open the Photos (on a Mac) with the image selected so you could edit the image similar to the iPhone.
