Bring `cz --version` back and deprecate `cz version --commitizen`

Commitizen used to have cz --version, but it is removed.

• Check why it is removed (maybe @Lee-W remember why)

Possible Solution

• cz version for managing the project's version
• cz --version to get commitizen's version

This was an intentional design. Kinda forget the details. Will need some digging.

I do remember there was a discussion with @woile long ago. Can't find it. I think the reason is unify how version is used and other tools (from Rust?) also follow cmd version pattern instead of cmd --version. cz version also allows us to do more configuration. @woile please correct me if I miss anything. thanks!

I couldn't find an explanation either. I think it was just to follow cmd version pattern instead.
AFAIK rust uses --version, programas written in go sometime use just version.

Again, I'm fine if we were to support both:

• cz version for managing the project's version
• cz --version to get commitizen's version
