Out-Of-Process JIT Execution

LLVM Changes

• [REAPPLY][Clang-Repl] Add support for out-of-process execution.

• [Orc] Fix error handling in ORCPlatformSupport::initialize

• [Clang-Repl] [Clang-Repl] Add custom function as lambda in launchExecutor and fetch PID of launched executor

• [ORC] Add Value support for capturing runtime JITed code results in clang-repl.

CppInterOp Changes

• [GSoC 2025] Enabling Out-Of-Process JIT Execution in CppInterOp

• Moving code coverage from ubuntu-arm to ubuntu-x86

JupyterLab Changes

• Fix threadId being passed to the debugger

• Bug: Multiple configurationDone Requests Sent by JupyterLab

• Need cell execution_number while calling dumpCell

Xeus-CPP Changes

This PR is a prototype implementation of debugger support in xeus-cpp.

[wip] Implementing debugger in xeus-cpp(Prototype)

Plan going forward:

• This PR is not intended for merge.
• I will split this into smaller, well-scoped PRs (~100–200 LOC each) with exhaustive tests and focused reviewability.
• This prototype serves as a baseline reference for the upcoming PRs.
