Reorganize authors & contributors to this site

Hi All - as one of the "early contributors" to cs-pui, I think the repo & website should be updated with the folks who really are working to maintain this. At the very least the "who maintains this site" FAQ could use a refresh.

Looks like @PhilChodrow and @koushikvarsha were the main mergers for this year's jobs. Thanks for your work on this!

As an aside, I would be happy to pitch in more next year! Let me know how things are going and if I can help in any way.

Thanks for this Anna! What about language like the following?

The current lead maintainers of cs-pui are ___, ____, and ___. It was started in ___ by Evan Peck as lead maintainer and Anna Ritz as an early contributor. Other contributors over the years have included ___, ___, and ___.

I'm a bit vague on the history here so please adjust in whatever way seems right.

For next year, I think we may need someone to manage the Google Forms submission pathway (as well as any general improvements to site language, e.g. this one!). Another possible enhancement would be adding some analytics for things like when jobs get posted in the season.
