xrootd door support for `ping`

Dear dCache team,

One more request while at it. In ALICE we now have long lived clients that perform the data management operations. To validate pooled connections we use the ping XRootD command. But that seems to not be implemented on the server side.

Error 3013: Request 3011 not supported

Would it be possible to implement it as well?
