Tag a release

Once I'm happy with the API, it's time to cut a release.

@jhass mentioning you so you get your arch package. The rockspec (at version scm-0) will always follow git HEAD. If you're packaging the current situation, please make it a -git package.

Hm, I'm new to luarocks so I didn't realize that, sorry. I'll just switch over the existing package once there's a release :)

wow, it certainly has been a long time. I haven't given lua-systemd any love lately as I haven't been using it myself.

Are people okay for the current code to be released as is? or are there issues that need fixing first?

Yes, please tag 1.0.

I wish to have sd_listen_fds_with_names() (and maybe sd_is_{fifo,socket,inet,unix}), but they won't introduce any API change, so will fit for 1.1.
