Neutral option for the accent cell as a placeholder

### Description

It would be nice to have a white (resp. grey for zebra) option for the accent cell. 
Because not every cell might have an accent color so the white/grey accent could be used as a placeholder.
This placeholder might also adapt to the interaction state of the table row (enabled, hovered, pressed, …).
