Looks like it wants you to add FastLane to speed up approval times, and then a recommendation to specify some checksums for security during development and release. It doesn't look like there is an issue that will stop publishing, it just takes time for the f-droid team to approve it.

I know but it's so confusing, i hate having to publish to stores because of that, you have to make ur app follow some standards which it currently doesnt follow because my code is so bad

It shouldn't require any refactoring, fast lane will just automate certain things like taking screenshots of the app, and the signatures just get added into your gradle-wrapper.properties file for added security
