Demonstrate/document use of "Freeform" template

The freeform template is enormously powerful and can be used for all kinds of web projects.

A whole contributor training could be dedicated to it. And a significant screencast.

• Add more documentation to both the WELCOME.txt and the log pointing to documentation of how to use it
• Add a better comment and documentation on the templates page
• Improve the README.md, https://coder.ddev.com/templates/freeform/docs
• Write a blog on ddev.com about uses
• Do a screencast showing uses: DDEV development, multiple projects, using it just like a local machine.
