JSON function incorrectly shows on the filtering page

The filter syntax page incorrectly shows the "json()" function to be supported in the docs. https://directus.io/docs/guides/connect/filter-rules#functions-parameters

The function was added to our partial function table which is shared between both field selection and filtering.
