The evolution of the DIVE protocol will follow the standard Internet-Draft and IETF process.
Future work will primarily consist of:

- Addressing interoperability, security, and deployment considerations raised during the draft lifecycle
Changes to the specification will be driven by:
- IETF discussions and mailing lists
- Feedback from reviewers and implementers
- Issues and proposals submitted in this repository
The objective is to iteratively improve the DIVE specification until it reaches sufficient maturity for broader adoption and potential standardization.
