Add $dxLast to indicate the last element of the tree

Through ng-repeat there is $last, which can tell us if we're on the last item of each node list (each branch). It'd be really useful to have $dxLast to know if we're on the last element of the tree.

I know the naming is a bit odd, and that is for historical reasons. But this is actually not a "tree" component as such, but rather just a recursive template directive. (It was initial created to build trees, which it does well in combination with ng-repeat, hence the name)

So at this point, I am not sure how you could actually achieve that.
Feel free to dive into it and share ideas, maybe I am overlooking something.
