Prettier logging

The log currently looks like: 

```
INFO:dotenv_vault.main:Loading env from encrypted .env.vault
```

the nodejs lib looks like this:

```
[dotenv@16.3.1][INFO] Loading env from encrypted .env.vault
```

Can we beautify the logging here to. more closely match that - particularly the dotenv@VERSION
