feat(AI): add AI UI components into the framework

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

It would be good to have the basic AI controls we'll all need built into the library, a provider selector, model selector (with auto retrieval), chat - history, mcp config etc as per standard practices are progressing, also a built in MCP server / skeleton would be great

just re-using some existing controls are perfect such as

This could also be supported by an 'agent service' to manage agents (essentially config files etc)
