Hello,
when creating a new database it is required to export the key file this does not work when secure desktop is enabled.
KeePass itself gets around this by using its own file browser if secure desktop is active.
This also applies to changing of the composite master key.

KeePass: 2.61.1
Plugin: 1.3.2 (with the fix for #6)
How to replicate:
set KeePass config option:
<MasterKeyOnSecureDesktop>true</MasterKeyOnSecureDesktop>
And create a new database once you press Export the Programme stops responding and KeePass needs to be killed using task manager.
The Workaround for users is to temporarily disable the secure desktop option.
